HOW WILL MY MAT BE PACKAGED?

Our mats are rolled and shipped in durable heavy duty mailing boxes.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order will be processed and shipped within two business days of the order being submitted.

DOMESTIC - AUSTRALIA

(3-7 business days) Shipping within Australia is quick and free on orders of +$70! In most areas shipping takes 2-3 business days from the day it was processed. In W.A. and some remote areas delivery can take up to 10 business days.

- We do NOT ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers, only street addresses.

- Please note that all orders containing gift cards will require a signature.

INTERNATIONAL – NEW ZEALAND

In most areas shipping takes 5-10 business days from the day it was processed. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 20 business days.

Orders outside of Australia do not include any applicable customs duties and/or import taxes. Customers are responsible for these charges if applicable.

 

INTERNATIONAL – REST OF WORLD

In most areas shipping takes 10-15 business days from the day it was processed. In some remote areas delivery can take up to 20 business days.

RE-DELIVERY

A re-delivery charge, plus processing fee of $14.95 will apply where an initial attempt to deliver a consignment fails and is returned to our depot for further processing requiring a subsequent delivery or customer pick-up.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEM?

We do not exchange products or provide refunds simply because you change your mind or made a mistake with your order. Products will be accepted for return at our discretion. We do however provide credit notes or exchange for faulty products if the following conditions are met:

– Contact must be made within 7 days of delivery date

– The item must be in original condition with all tags labels still attached

– Return or exchange items must be sent back within 14 days of delivery date

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS

Damaged / faulty items must be returned in their original condition with all their accompanying accessories. In the unlikely event you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will do our best to provide you with a replacement however if one is not available we will issue you with a credit note.

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS

We are not responsible for the cost of return / exchange item postage or insurance. We cannot be held liable for the loss of items returned. We recommend that you use a registered postal service when completing a return.
